1. Intellectual Property Protocol
Volacard respects the creative artifacts of all individuals. We prohibit users from uploading, designing, or sharing content that infringes upon the copyrights, trademarks, or proprietary rights of others.
2. DMCA Takedown Procedure
If you believe your intellectual property has been utilized on our platform without authorization, please transmit a formal DMCA Notice to our laboratory through our support portal:
Formal Requirements:
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing (URL or Order ID).
- Your contact coordinates (Email, Address, Phone).
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material is not authorized.
- A physical or electronic signature of the IP owner or authorized agent.
3. Removal & Repeat Infringers
Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, Volacard will promptly restrict access to the allegedly infringing digital bridge and terminate any active production sequences for the associated artifacts.
Volacard maintains a "Repeat Infringer Protocol." Users found to have repeatedly violated intellectual property standards will have their professional identity permanently purged and their access to the network revoked.
