Custom Artifact Notice
Due to the personalized nature of our NFC artifacts, all sales are final. Each card is forged specifically to your design specifications and digital coordinates. We do not offer returns or refunds for "change of mind" or user-error in the design process.
Please note that cards may arrive with a slight white border around the edges. This is a standard characteristic of our manufacturing process and is not considered a manufacturing defect; it is simply how the cards are produced.
Manufacturing Defects
If your artifact arrives with a confirmed technical defect or manufacturing error (e.g., NFC hardware failure or incorrect print reproduction not matching your uploaded files), we will provide a replacement at no cost.
To initiate a defect claim:
- Submit a report via our Support Hub within 14 days of delivery.
- Provide high-resolution photos of the defect.
- Our technicians will analyze the report and authorize a re-forge if the claim is valid.
Lost Shipments
In the event an artifact is confirmed as "Lost in Transit" by the shipping carrier after an investigation, we will issue a one-time courtesy replacement card. Shipments marked as "Delivered" by the carrier are ineligible for replacement claims.
